Hulme Street Manchester

I know I'm not the only person to find this one, it appeared as the January 2010 Cycle Facility of the Month over at Warrington Cycle Campaign.

  1. I think it indicates the halfway point for a "there and back" commuter timetrial. Loop around the bollard, and dig in for the return leg.

  2. Hi - only just found your blog - great stuff - I wonder if you can find a shorter cycle lane than the one we have in Bournemouth (last picture on post)...

    Also - I note you have some pictures of 'cyclist dismunt' signage - I have always wondered why there are never any 'cyclist remount' signs when the cyclist is clear of the 'danger'?
