I joined the Bolton end of the path at approximation 5:30pm. A very pleasant & quick motor-traffic free ride.

https://youtu.be/gf9TF_mVohYAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18257850129461566441noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5245014510735955366.post-2880976171041066342017-03-29T11:21:38.762+01:002017-03-29T11:21:38.762+01:00I rode into Salford yesterday & the Anchor Lan...I rode into Salford yesterday & the Anchor Lane (M61 bridge) end is much improved. You can ride straight on or off the end of the path & it is now properly laid, if a bit gravelly where the surface is quite new.

The horrible U barriers are gone & there is now only one set of easy barriers where the path crosses Parsonage Lane. I need to check the other branch of the path at Parsonage Lane as I suspect it may be better by bike than the side I chose.

I've got video footage from the Anchor Lane end to Worsley Road which I'll upload to Youtube & post a link to it later.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18257850129461566441noreply@blogger.com
